𩺠Homeopathic Management of Ureteric Stone ā A Case Experience

A 28-year-old male patient came to me on 25th October 2025 with severe pain due to a ureteric stone.
Present Complaints:
He was suffering from:
š½ Frequent urge for urination
ā ļø Feeling of incomplete urine clearance
š£ Restlessness and discomfort
Before starting homeopathic treatment, the patient had consulted an allopathic doctor after doing an ultrasound.
Due to severe pain because of 7.3 mm ureteric stone condition, he was given medicines and was also advised for surgery as he was having severe pain.
However, the patient did not undergo surgery and did not continue allopathic medicines. And, he came for homeopathic treatment after recommendation to me.
š Investigation Findings
š„ļø USG Whole Abdomen (13th October 2025) showed:
Right vesicoureteric junction calculus
Grade 2 hydronephrosis
Stone size: 7.3 mm
š§Ŗ Urine Routine Examination
RBC: 1ā2 / HPF
Epithelial cells: 0ā1 / HPF
Pus cells: 0ā2 / HPF
š§« Urine Culture & Sensitivity Report
No growth detected
Treatment
Because the patient was in acute pain, an acute homeopathic prescription was given according to his symptoms.
Advice
Lots of water to be drunk 4 to 5 litres a day.
Kurthi daal overnight soaked water to be taken next morning.
šæ Follow-Up
After around 15 days, the patient reported:
ā Significant relief in pain
ā Reduced urinary frequency
ā Better urine flow
ā Improvement in overall discomfort
As he became symptomatically better,
Later underwent follow-up investigations including:
š„ļø USG Whole Abdomen
š NCCT KUB
š Result
The follow-up reports showed:
āļø No ureteric stone detected
āļø Patient symptomatically relieved
āļø Normal daily activities resumed comfortably
The improvement occurred approximately within 1 month after starting treatment.
Conclusion:
⨠This case highlights how individualized homeopathic treatment may help support recovery in selected acute ureteric stone cases under proper medical supervision.
