As a doctor, moments that truly stay with me are those where a patient regains not just physical strength, but dignity, independence, and confidence. This is one such case that I feel grateful to share.

The Patient’s Condition

A 74-year-old patient came to me suffering from severe arthritis and intense arthritic pain. Her condition had progressed to the point where she was almost completely bedridden. She was unable to move her leg even a few centimeters on her own. Simple daily activities—such as going to the washroom—required assistance from her daughter or the use of crutches.
