A 55-year-old female patient presented with complaints of breathlessness and nasal blockage since the last 5 years.

😷 Presenting Complaints

Breathlessness, aggravated during seasonal changes ( especially summer )

Nasal blockage

History of recurrent episodes requiring hospitalization and inhaler use

Loose motions since childhood after consuming outside food or water

Fear of eating or drinking outside due to anticipation of loose motions

Motion sickness (within 5 minutes in car, 30 minutes in bus)

On clinical examination, respiratory rate was increased.

On auscultation, bilateral high-pitched wheezing was present.
